

Meditation is the practice of focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Meditation can involve breathing exercises, guided imagery, mantras, or mindfulness. Do not try or grasp at or for anything. Most important is to just be, be each breathe relax let go.

You can either join me in person or via scheduled video sessions. We will sit in a quiet space, relax and practice releasing our thoughts.
Meditation can help with stress reduction, self-awareness, present moment awareness, negative emotions, creativity, patience, and tolerance.
