To Breathe Again

Breathwork: re-learning how to breathe. Most of us only
use the top section of our lungs, very few will ever breathe deep.

Even worse, as we are stressed we tend to hold onto our breath.

These are not new styles or techniques, this is assisting us to return back to how our bodies evolved to work.

Slowly breathing, completely filling our lungs and then exhaling until almost empty.

You can either join me in person or via a video session. We will sit in a quiet space, relax and remember how to breathe and activate our bodies again.

Utilizing the design of our lungs, we will start oxygenating our entire body. This will allow our entire system to start and function at an effective level.

A chain reaction will happen, stimulating the lymphatic system (detoxifying the body), reducing blood pressure, lowering the release of the stress hormones, reducing anxiety and increasing mental capacity.
